We are pleased to announce that Angel Flight NE has been recognized as a NORD GOLD Level Member!

Earlier this week, Angel Flight NE received the exciting news that we have been accepted as a GOLD Level Member of NORD – the National Organization for Rare Disorders. This prestigious organization is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people with rare diseases by driving care, research, and policy advances.

Since our founding in 1996, Angel Flight NE has assisted patients – adults and children – with rare diseases, disorders, and ailments to access life-changing medical care. We have coordinated over 108,000 missions for patients who have traveled over 15 million miles to 750+ medical facilities throughout the United States. As a GOLD Level Member of NORD, we will work with other members of NORD’s community, resources, and services to ensure that distance is never an obstacle for rare and ultra-rare disease patients to access the care they need and deserve.

Together, we are making the Impossible, Possible for patients afflicted with rare and ultra-rare diseases.
