Partner with Angel Flight NE to save lives

Since 1996, Angel Flight NE has ensured that distance is never a barrier to medical care. Through the generosity of our corporate partners, foundations, and supporters, we provide free air and ground transportation for children, adults, veterans, and families traveling to life-saving medical treatment.

When patients turn to us, they are often facing one of the most difficult times in their lives. Many are overwhelmed by the emotional, physical, and financial burden of traveling long distances for specialized care. Through the simple act of transportation, we help remove one more obstacle so families can focus on what matters most: healing.

By partnering with Angel Flight NE, you become part of a compassionate community dedicated to providing hope, access, and care. Your support directly helps us coordinate thousands of missions each year, ensuring that every patient who needs us can receive the treatment they deserve, free of charge.

Together, we can keep hope in the air. If you have questions about partnering with us, please contact Hope@angelflightne.org or call our office 978-794-6868

Commercial Airline Partnerships

Angel Flight NE relies on critical partnerships with commercial airlines like Cape Air, JetBlue, and Southwest Airlines to ensure that distance is never a barrier to life-saving medical care. While the organization utilizes a dedicated network of volunteer pilots in private aircraft, these commercial airline collaborations expand its reach, allowing patients and caregivers to travel longer distances for specialized treatment at absolutely no cost.

Cape Air: An Enduring 30-Year Alliance

Cape Air stands as one of Angel Flight NE’s most enduring partners, supporting the mission since the organization’s very first year in 1996. For three decades, the regional airline has helped thousands of patients across the Northeast access specialized medical care. A poignant example of this partnership in action includes a mission transporting LeslieAnne, a military veteran from Maine, to Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute aboard a custom-painted “We the People” America250 commemorative aircraft through Angel Flight NE’s Angels for Armed Forces® Program.

JetBlue: Bridging Major Distances

When a patient’s medical needs require travel beyond the geographical range of local volunteer private pilots, JetBlue steps in to bridge the distance. JetBlue provides donated seats and works alongside Angel Flight NE coordinators to arrange necessary accessibility accommodations, providing patients with a dignified and comfortable travel experience. The partnership recently facilitated a smooth journey for a patient named Aviva, flying her from Boston to Washington, D.C., for specialty care related to Gaucher disease.

Southwest Airlines: Expanding the Flight Network

Southwest Airlines is a vital addition to the organization’s resources, selecting Angel Flight NE as a 2026/2027 Medical Flight Network partner. Through this national program, Southwest donates round-trip flights to help patients and caregivers navigate critical health journeys. The airline’s crews have gone above and beyond to provide compassionate experiences, such as celebrating a young patient named Sy, who was cheered by an entire cabin of passengers after the pilot announced he was 10 months in remission from Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis.
