Wayland resident offers hope through Angel Flight

WAYLAND — On wings of hope, Angel Flight Northeast flies thousands of flights each year allowing patients to access medical treatments that are often out-of-state and financial reach – for free. One of their pilots, Charles Tillett of Wayland, is a feather among those wings.  Since 2002, Tillett has channeled his passion for flying into 56 missions for Angel Flight. Many of his passengers live in remote areas far from specialized medical care. Others are seeking treatments not available near their homes. More>>

SANFORD, Maine — SIS Bank held its Annual Corporators Meeting in March, and three Corporators were chosen at random to select a charity to receive a $1,000 donation.
